Charles is a Director for Harwell Capital based in Hong Kong, working with Institutional and Family Office investors in the Asian market.

Charles began his career in finance as a Futures Broker with BGC Partners, post an international rugby career, and later developed his regulatory expertise through his work as an Associate Director at Asia’s largest compliance consulting group, ComplianceAsia.

Prior to joining Harwell Capital, Charles worked in Credit Suisse’s Global Markets Client Services Team, where he managed UHNW and Corporate’s regulatory requirements and developed and supervised regulatory control functions as well as developing significant relationships with clients, stakeholders and senior management.

Charles attended the University of West England, Bristol, studying Business Administration, where he obtained a comprehensive base of business strategy, economics and financial management.
